Stages
- One stage per project: highest step a source shows
| Stage | Code | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Announced | ANN | The project is reported, nothing further sourced |
| Land & zoning | LAND | Site control, or a zoning or DRI filing |
| Power secured | PWR | A signed power agreement |
| Permitted | PRMT | Zoning granted or not required, plus an air or building permit issued |
| Under construction | BUILD | Site work or buildings going up |
| Energised | ENRG | Power delivered (construction status) |
| Operating | OPER | In operation (construction status) |
| Withdrawn | WDRN | The latest DRI filing withdrawn or terminated, or the zoning application withdrawn |
- Zoning denied: stage kept, denial flagged
- Paused, cancelled: only when a record says so
